What We Build
One builder owns the job from early costing to closeout.
The scope changes from project to project. The operating system does not. We pressure-test the scope early, bring the right design and trade partners in before construction, and carry the same internal team through pricing, scheduling, field management, and closeout.

Reviving the Craft
Every home has a before. We build the after.
Revival means keeping what is worth keeping and rebuilding what no longer works. The goal is not to erase an older home. It is to make the new work feel inevitable.
Drag the handle. This is the same primary bath, same skylight, same ceiling fan. Everything else, revived.

How We're Different
Builders first. A design team built around you.
We're not a design firm with a construction arm, and we don't keep designers on staff. That's deliberate. In-house design paints clients into one box: one style, one aesthetic, whoever happens to be available.
What we master is the build itself: cost, schedule, structure, and the client experience. For design, we match you with the right architect and the right engineer for your specific project. Going modern? We know who to call. Traditional? Different call. Building a statement home, or focused on resale value? The team looks different, and it should.
A project this size should not depend on one person remembering everything. Every Revival project has a real bench:
Dedicated Pre-Construction Team
Scope, selections, and budget nailed down before the build.
Construction Manager
Trades, materials, and sequencing across the whole build.
Dedicated Project Manager
One person who owns your job and your daily updates.
Site Supervisor
On site daily, keeping the job safe, clean, and moving.
Accounts Manager
Clean draws, clean invoices, zero billing surprises.
Leadership Oversight
Max and Esiquio stay on your project, start to finish.

The Road to Home Sweet Home
How a Revival project actually runs.
The point of our process is to make the expensive decisions while they are still easy to change. Seven steps take a project from first conversation to a finished home.
Discovery Call
A short call with our pre-construction team: where the home is, your timeline, and whether we're a fit. Ten to fifteen minutes.
Room-by-Room Deep Dive
The full project in detail: scope, priorities, and your taste in selections.
The Red Light Review
A live review of our preliminary investment model: where we think the project starts, what assumptions are carrying the number, and what could move it.
Pre-Construction
Site visits, trade input, plan review, selection coordination, and pricing revisions. This is where we find the expensive questions before they become field problems.
Green Light Review & Contract
We review the detailed pricing, alternates, and final scope together. Once the construction agreement is signed, we lock the working schedule in Buildertrend and prepare for permits and start.
Demo Day
Construction begins. Daily photo logs and live schedule updates follow.
Home Sweet Home
Final walkthrough, keys, and a 12-month check-in.
The Technology
Your entire project, live in your pocket.
Every Revival project runs through Buildertrend. From demo forward, you can see the working schedule, daily job logs and photos, selections, documents, messages, and any requested extras in one place.
Some of our clients travel for weeks mid-build. Some live out of state. It doesn't matter: the daily logs, photos, and messages mean you never wonder what's happening inside your own home.

What Clients Say
In our clients' own words.
“Five stars aren't enough for Revival Construction. We just finished a large renovation and were thrilled with the service, craftsmanship, communication, and the full experience. Our 1955 home was handled with care, and we received daily updates including pictures.”Meg M. · Whole-Home Renovation
