Where We Build
Nearly all of our work sits in two places: Charlotte's classic in-town neighborhoods and the towns around Lake Norman, and knowing them this well is the point. Whether that means presenting to Davidson's planning and design review boards, permitting a luxury condo renovation Uptown, working through Mecklenburg County tree protection on a wooded lot, or holding the required setbacks from Lake Norman's 760 contour line, we have done it before, and we plan for it before it becomes your problem.
