You submit the form. Our pre-construction team reviews the basics and, when the project fits our lane, sets a short discovery call to cover the home, scope, investment, and timing. Ten to fifteen minutes.

Next comes the Room-by-Room Deep Dive: the whole project in detail, until we fully understand the scope and your taste in selections. It's the same path as our full process.

Then the Red Light Review: we put our preliminary investment model on screen, explain the assumptions behind it, and decide together whether the project should move into paid Pre-Construction.
