The Story

What we actually did.

A new addition built over the existing garage created a bedroom and office suite without touching the footprint of the lot.

Inside, we ran a full second-floor renovation of the primary suite and guest rooms with custom cabinetry and tile throughout, refinished the hardwood floors, and built a new front porch with radiant heaters.
