Lake Norman Renovations, Additions, and Custom Homes
Around Lake Norman, most of our work concentrates out Brawley School Road in The Point, and in The Peninsula in Cornelius, with additional projects in Davidson, Huntersville, and further up the lake in Denver.
Building on the water changes the job in ways an in-town Charlotte renovation doesn't. Docks, seawalls, and any grading near the shoreline usually fall under Duke Energy's shoreline management rules, and most lakefront communities layer their own HOA or Architectural Review Board guidelines on top of that.

What Lake Norman homes typically need.
A lot of Lake Norman housing stock was built to face the water first and everything else second, which means kitchens and living spaces that don't take advantage of the view, and primary suites tucked away from it entirely.
We spend a lot of our time here reorienting homes toward the lake: bigger openings, reworked layouts, and outdoor living spaces built to actually be used.
