What We Build
Luxury Kitchens and Baths in Charlotte and Lake Norman
Revival Construction builds high-end kitchens and bathrooms across Charlotte and Lake Norman, on their own and as part of larger renovations, additions, and custom homes. A full kitchen renovation is one of the most common projects we take on, and it gets the same pre-construction planning and fixed price as a whole-home job.
If a new kitchen or a spa-level primary bath is the reason you're calling, that's a great starting point. We plan it with the rest of the house in mind, so nothing you do now gets undone later.
What's Included
Built to the space, not off a stock line.
On its own, or inside a larger renovation, addition, or custom build:
- Fully custom cabinetry, often inset or full-overlay, built to the space by the custom cabinet shops we have worked with for years across greater Charlotte.
- Whatever appliance package you and your designer choose, from Wolf and Sub-Zero on up, integrated into the cabinetry design along with the plumbing fixtures.
- Stone, porcelain, and tile work: waterfall islands, book-matched slab showers, mosaic and Zellige backsplashes.
- Low-voltage and integrated lighting routed into cabinetry and millwork.
- Coordination with your interior designer on finishes, hardware, and layout.
Who It's For
The room you use most, done properly.
Homeowners who want a kitchen or bath built by the same team that plans and runs whole-home renovations: fully custom cabinetry, a fixed price, and a schedule you can hold us to. Some clients come to us for the kitchen alone. Others fold it into a larger renovation or addition. We take on both all the time.
Kitchens and baths at this level don't come with a free estimate any more than the rest of our work does. Selections and layout get finalized during the Pre-Construction Retainer, so the number you sign is the number you pay.

How Pricing Works
Priced before we start.
Whether the kitchen is the whole project or one line inside a bigger one, the scope is priced in pre-construction and locked into a fixed-price contract before construction starts.
Our SouthPark, Providence Plantation, and Pellyn Wood kitchens, and our spa and Uptown primary bath projects, are good reference points for the finish level and detail we build to.

Common Questions
Questions about kitchens and baths.
What types of projects do you specialize in?
High-end, large-scale renovations, additions, overbuilds, and custom home builds. Our typical projects are highly customized for homeowners who value craftsmanship, design, and long-term value.
Do you handle design in-house?
No, and that's deliberate. We're builders, and we hand-pick the right interior designer and architect for your project from professionals we know and trust. Our pre-construction agreement includes coordination with them throughout planning.
Can you work with my interior designer?
Yes. If you already have an architect or interior designer you trust, we are happy to work with them. We define roles early and keep cost, constructability, and schedule in the conversation while the design develops.
