Mooresville Renovations, Including The Point

A large share of our Lake Norman work happens out Brawley School Road in The Point, a lakefront community minutes from Trump National Golf Course. Mooresville also has a historic downtown core and a growing mix of newer construction further from the water, so what a project needs here depends heavily on where the house sits.

The Point & Similar Communities

Whole-home in scope, historic in character.

These are large, established homes on the water, and our work here tends to be whole-home in scope: full kitchen rebuilds, reconfigured primary suites, and finish-level upgrades that bring a historic or dated home up to current luxury standards without losing what made it special.

As with other Lake Norman communities, expect an HOA or ARB design review layer on top of standard permitting, plus Duke Energy shoreline rules for anything touching the water.

Local Proof

One of the larger projects in our portfolio.

Our whole-home renovation in The Point covered just over 5,200 square feet: a full kitchen rebuild, a completely reconfigured primary suite, and updated flooring and lighting throughout, while preserving the home's historic character.
