The Story

What we actually did.

A whole-home renovation in The Point off Brawley School Road, honoring a home full of charm while rebuilding how it lives. The chef's kitchen pairs stained cabinetry with painted perimeter cabinets, panel-ready integrated appliances, and a custom bi-folding door that hides the coffee station. The oversized island stands on furniture-style legs with the electrical hidden inside, under a custom two-tone range hood with a reeded, stained accent band. The sink wall is tiled floor to ceiling, and pendants, sconces, and low-voltage accents layer the light.

The primary suite was rethought entirely. We flipped the bathroom and closet to pull natural light into what had been the darkest room in the house. The closet now leads with a central island flanked by his-and-hers walk-ins, and opens into a bath with a marble walk-in shower, a specialty-built vanity, a chandelier over the freestanding tub, and a deck-mounted filler.

With walls relocated throughout, the floors were patched and refinished into one continuous surface, so the new plan feels like it was always the plan.
