The Story

What we actually did.

A townhouse in The Peninsula whose kitchen and living spaces had gone dark and dated. The renovation brought in Cambria quartz countertops, bespoke Autograph cabinetry, a custom slab backsplash matched to the counters, under-cabinet lighting, and decorative fixtures from Dutchman's, with a reworked recessed lighting plan brightening the whole main level.

A custom oak railing system with new treads now makes the entry a statement. The powder bath got personality on purpose: vibrant blue floral wallpaper, gold plumbing and lighting, and a herringbone floor. In the living room, the fireplace was resurfaced in quartz and wired for a frame TV that reads as art when it's off.

New white oak floors, finished on site in a natural tone, carry the update through every room.
