We strongly encourage early alignment between the builder, architect, and interior designer to ensure your vision, budget, and timeline stay on track from day one. We work closely with a curated roster of top-tier architects and interior designers, and our pre-construction agreement includes coordination with these design professionals throughout the planning and development phase.

While we’re happy to provide high-level guidance, an accurate estimate requires a fully defined scope and detailed selections—which takes time, collaboration, and planning. For that reason, we don’t offer free detailed estimates. Instead, we invite clients to engage with us through a Preconstruction Retainer, which includes comprehensive budgeting, scheduling, value engineering, and coordination between builder, architect, and interior designer.

Yes — for large-scale renovations and additions, we do require that clients move out of the home. You’ll have 24/7 access to the schedule, updates, and messaging — so even when you're off-site, you’ll always feel connected and informed.
