Initial Consultation
Every project begins with a conversation. After you submit our contact form, Max Messenger — Owner & Pre-Construction Manager of Revival — will personally reach out to learn more about your goals, budget, and timeline. In our Strategic Visioning Session, we listen closely to understand the lifestyle you want to create and how your space can support it.

ASSEMBLING THE TEAM
Once we’ve connected, a Pre-Construction Retainer initiates the next phase and lays the groundwork for your project's success. (This amount is fully credited toward your total project cost.) With your unique taste and goals in mind, we’ll assemble a hand-selected team of professionals — from architects to interior designers — who will bring your vision to life with precision, creativity, and care.

With plans in place and your team aligned, we begin construction. Whether it’s demo day or groundbreaking, you'll receive regular updates and clear communication every step of the way. Our meticulous project management ensures things stay on track — on time and on budget. With a focus on meticulous project management, we keep things moving smoothly and efficiently.

Before we hand over the keys, we complete a thorough final walkthrough to make sure every detail is perfect. When you step through the door, your new space will be move-in ready — thoughtfully finished, beautifully executed, and ready to feel like home from day one.
