This large-scale whole-home renovation and addition on Valencia Terrace in the SouthPark area of Charlotte, NC is a true Revival project — a comprehensive transformation designed to elevate both function and craftsmanship while honoring the home’s original character.

The scope included a full second-level renovation and a new addition built over the existing garage, creating a thoughtfully designed bedroom and private office suite. Inside the main home, we completely reimagined the second floor, renovating the primary bedroom and luxury primary bathroom, along with multiple guest bedrooms and guest bathrooms. Every space was rebuilt with intention, featuring custom cabinetry packages throughout, bespoke tile installations in every bathroom, and carefully selected finishes that reflect a timeless, high-end aesthetic. The primary suite was elevated with custom white oak accents, refined architectural detailing, and spa-level materials including beautiful quartz countertops and premium plumbing fixtures.

Throughout the home, we refinished the existing hardwood floors, restoring warmth and continuity across the renovated spaces.
