TOWNHOUSE KITCHEN & POWDER ROOM

This luxurious townhouse, located in the prestigious Peninsula community in Cornelius, NC, underwent a dramatic transformation. The original kitchen and living room were outdated, dark, and no longer suited the clients’ needs. We completed a full renovation of both the kitchen and master bathroom, elevating the home’s style and functionality.

The kitchen now boasts stunning Cambria quartz countertops, paired with bespoke cabinetry from Autograph, and beautifully crafted decorative lighting from Dutchman’s. A custom slab backsplash was installed to perfectly complement the countertops, while under-cabinet lighting enhances the workspace with a soft, ambient glow. We also reimagined the lighting layout, adding recessed LEDs to brighten the living spaces and create a more inviting atmosphere.

A striking custom oak railing system with new treads leads to the second level, making a grand statement upon entering the home. The powder bath was designed with personality and flair, featuring vibrant blue floral wallpaper accented by gold plumbing and lighting fixtures. The floor in this space is laid in a chic herringbone pattern, serving as a bold focal point.

In the living room, the fireplace received a modern update with a sleek quartz surround and is now wired for a frame TV above. When the TV is not in use, it blends seamlessly into the space, appearing as a piece of art framed on the wall.

To complete the renovation, the entire home was outfitted with new hardwood floors, finished on-site with a natural finish that highlights the beauty of the white oak and infuses the space with timeless luxury.
